The “BRC Global Food Standard “is one of the most widely used international tools by which food chain operators qualify their suppliers.<\/h3>\n

The “British Retailer Consortium” (BRC), has established a Technical Standard to help retailers meet their legal obligations and protect the consumer by providing a unified model for auditing all companies that supply retailers. <\/span><\/p>\n
