In addition to electrification, engine downsizing is the most widely used method of achieving this goal, but smaller engines require materials that can withstand higher temperatures.<\/p>\n<p>This webinar reviews a new high-temperature resistant lubricant coating for metal gaskets, such as those in the exhaust manifold; in addition, this new coating is suitable for &#8216;direct application to the metal coil.<\/p>\n<p><u>Engine tests at over 600\u00b0C revealed that exhaust manifold gaskets coated with the new lubricant coating offered sufficient sealing and anti-seize properties to meet the requirements of current EURO 6 emission specifications.<\/u>[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=&#8221;No Line&#8221;][image_with_animation image_url=&#8221;10426&#8243;
