What is conformal coating<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Conformal coating is a protective paint or conformal coating is a thin polymer film applied to a printed circuit board (PCB) in order to protect the board and its components from the environment and prevent corrosion. The film is generally applied in thicknesses of 25-250 \u00b5m and “conforms” to the shape of the board and its components.
