The Whistleblowing System

The purpose of the Whistleblowing System is to discipline for the society Emanuele Mascherpa S.p.a. the procedures for transmitting reports of unlawful conduct or irregularities, their handling, the procedures for investigation, the procedures for applying appropriate corrective and disciplinary actions, and the forms of protection for the reporter, which are prepared in accordance with the regulatory provisions applicable from time to time.

The Supervisory Board of the sompany Emanuele Mascherpa S.p.a., operating in compliance with the requirements of autonomy, independence and professionalism, plays the role of guarantor of the ssysteem and is the recipient of reports received in accordance with the ssysteem.

Tut all reports are strictly confidential, and personal data contained in them are treated in accordance with the privacy policy.

Subject of the report

The following conduct shall be reported suspected o Unlawful in that they do not comply with applicable national and international laws, to the Code of Ethics of society Emanuele Mascherpa S.p.a., to internal procedures of society Emanuele Mascherpa S.p.a., of which one has knowledge on the occasion of and/or because of the performance of work duties or by reason of the employment, collaboration or supply relationship.

Reports concerning facts based on current rumors having to do with purely personal or commercial claims or grievances of the reporter will not be considered. The comunicationsions with merely personal purposes for claims and/or retaliation fall under the more general discipline of the employment or partnership relationship.

By way of example, the report may relate to actions or omissions committed or attempted:

likely to cause reputational damage or harm to thethe society Emanuele Mascherpa S.p.a;
likely to cause harm to the health or safety of employees, citizens or users or to cause harm to the environment;
likely to cause harm to employees, users or other internal or external parties carrying out their activities at or in cooperation with the sompany Emanuele Mascherpa S.p.a..
Purpose of the Whistleblowing System
The whistleblowing system has been implemented with the aim of promoting an open, honest and responsible culture where employees, members of the Corporate Bodies, contracted workers, interns, customers and suppliers can freely report actual or suspected misconduct encountered during their work activities or more generally in their relationship with the company, in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Ethics of Emanuele Mascherpa S.p.a..
Reports will be received, reviewed and processed by the Supervisory Board, a corporate body that acts as the guarantor of the Whistleblowing System and operates in accordance with the requirements of autonomy, independence.
Within 60 days of receiving the report, the reporter will receive feedback on the outcome of the report.
Reporting unlawful conduct, or more generally an irregularity, in addition to being a right, is also a duty of every employee, member of the Corporate Bodies, contracted worker, intern, customer and supplier.
Reporting enables better management of risks that the company may not be aware of and provides an opportunity to take corrective action, limiting potential damage that could result to the company.
