Multiaxial fabrics

SAERTEX® noncorrugated multiaxial fabrics with more than 3000 different designs can be configured for our customers’ needs, in fact, various mechanical properties can be achieved depending on the fiber type, surface weight and angle combination. They are, moreover, extremely versatile, in fact they can be optimally adapted to a wide range of processes such as vacuum infusion, RTM, pultrusion, prepreg, compression, etc.

Other SAERTEX® product families

  • SAERfix® adhesives, simplify the placement of multiaxial complexes i of glass, carbon or aramid. Multi-axial fabrics with SAERfixEP and SAERfixUP finish are self-adhesive. Thanks to SAERfix, the use of additional spray adhesives will be a thing of the past.
  • SAERcore® is our range for vacuum injection processes such as RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) and RTM light, along with infusion processes. SAERcore makes resin flow four times faster-and even five times faster with our special high-flow variant.
  • SAERfoam® innovatively replaces traditional core materials such as PVC, PET and balsa: ultralight foam (PU / PE / PIR) is combined with 3D glass reinforcements. The result is SAERfoam, an extremely lightweight hybrid material with mechanical properties that can be optimized as needed. This offers a multitude of advantages for your production process
  • SAERflow® combines a glass reinforcement and a lightweight synthetic structure. Together they provide non-compressible layers with excellent resin flow and high draping properties. SAERflow is used as an internal flow media, which saves an enormous amount of time.
