Hot-Melt Packaging BAM FUTURA

Beadow&Adams’ BAMfutura packaging adhesives are state-of-the-art hot-melt adhesives.

Introduction

Beadow&Adams’ BAMfutura packaging adhesives are state-of-the-art hot-melt adhesives in transparent white. The range is complete to meet all packaging applications on automatic lines: they are food-grade, mineral oil-free and BRC-certified, guaranteeing bonding at any production speed of traditional, rigid and strong memory effect cartons and boards; some formulations are also suitable for PET, PP, metallized polyester ( MET-POL ), painted and high-density laminated cartons. They are formulated with resins that prevent oxidation, carbonization and thread formation and maintain constant viscosity even after long stays in melting tanks. Compared with conventional hot-melt adhesives, they have lower consumption (20 percent to 40 percent less) also can lower plant maintenance costs by up to 90 percent (extend the life of glue modules, heated tubes, filters, and nozzles). Higher melting speed, resulting in less waiting time.

Independent experts say that “Anyone involved in high-speed packaging should seriously consider BAM FUTURA hot-melts as they bring significant advantages over the competition.”

BAMFutura hot melt adhesives for labeling.

  • They are hot-melt suitable for any type of end-of-line labeling: for low- and high-speed machines, reel-fed or loader-fed systems, suitable for wet and cold bottles, spray and roller applications, for PET bottles and bottles with expansion, labeling of hot cans and jars, HDPE containers, glass and metal cans, and containers with shrink-wrapped plastic labels.
  • The BAMFUTURA range for labeling ensures high thermal stability, maintenance of constant viscosity and no carbonization for low plant maintenance.
  • Some formulations, which are soluble in alkaline substances, are approved by PET recycling agencies.
  • The special formula allows its easy removal from the bottle without the release of residue.
