EHA Kyntronics is an excellent alternative to hydraulic and electromechanical handling systems
EHA Kyntronics are a new chapter in the field of hydraulics, and are an excellent alternative to hydraulic actuator systems or electromechanical actuators. EHA’s design efficiently converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, through a compact, self-contained and cost-effective electrohydraulic system, is capable of generating extremely high forces. The problems of electromechanical system wear and continuous noise of the hydraulic power unit are also solved.
- EHA is high efficiency, consuming energy only when operated
- Eliminates expensive and inefficient infrastructure plumbing components
- The all-in-one design prevents liquid spillage, suitable for both heavy-duty and clean environments.
- Precisely controls the position, force and speed, can develop a continuous force of up to 267KN with a precison of 0.3mm
- Possibility of adopting a hydraulic system even when a power plant is not available
- Repeatability accuracy in movements
Kyntronics EHA features:
- The all-in-one design incorporates the motor, pump, valve, cylinder, and control electronics into one compact package.
- High energy efficiency through the use of hydraulic conversion and power-on-demand operation.
- The use of a brushless servomotor and electronic components provides precise control of actuator position, force, and speed, presenting itself as an all-around suitable system for both high-dynamic and intermittent positioning applications
- Accepts a range of input voltages (both AC and DC).
- It can hold the achieved position without a brake.
- Environmentally safe with anti-leakage design and no need for plumbing pipes.
- Customizable to best fit your application requirements.
- Easy configuration of acceleration and deceleration ramps using customized software
- Easy selection of the most suitable model through dedicated software
- Simple installation and can be integrated with common network protocols ( CanBus, Ethernet, etc.).
The EHA is a stand-alone drop-in solution. After simple assembly and electrical connection, the EHA system is ready to start production. EHA’s efficient method of converting energy allows for economies and limited size. The cost and space savings are significant compared with a central hydraulic system. Compared with continuous operation of the HC system, EHA operates only when required, saving energy and noise.
EHAs use a self-contained design that is easy to set up and extremely reliable. No external pipes or plumbing infrastructure are required. Kyntronics’ EHA design prevents liquid spillage, making it industrially durable and suitable for clean environments.
