Nonflammable oils and high-temperature greases are used in steel production particularly in continuous casting lines and on hot rolling lines as well as in foundries.

Flammable oils

Condat offers a complete range of fire-resistant fluids for all applications where it is critical to protect personnel and facilities against the risk of fire. Condat’s flame-retardant oils offer, thanks to different technologies, all the technical guarantees necessary for the proper operation of your machinery; they feature in-service fluid stability, excellent lubricity and an extremely high flash point In fact, these lubricants are specially formulated to ensure a long service life and excellent protection of your equipment, they also allow a reduction in environmental impact through their biodegradability.

High temperature greases

Condat greases are designed to withstand high temperatures up to 280°C, are formulated from synthetic and mineral base oils, and from soaps with an extremely high drop point, and cover all viscosity grades. These greases allow a lubricating film to be maintained and provide the viscosity necessary for proper machinery operation, particularly when subjected to high loads and extreme temperatures.
