COMPRO XL-S is formulated using a blend of 99.9 percent pure base oils produced using a patented hydrogenation process. These transparent oils are free from impurities that can hinder their performance. Using more than 25 years of formulation experience, Petro-Canada reinforces these thermally stable fluids with unique antioxidant technology to maximize the oil’s resistance to decay.
With equal or better resistance to thermal and oxidative decay than the best PAO-based synthetic oils, COMPRO provides up to 8,000 hours or one year of worry-free service and can significantly reduce compressor operating costs.

APPLICATIONS
Although COMPRO XL-S compressor oil can be used for lubrication and cooling of all types of vane, reciprocating, centrifugal, and lobe air compressors, it was developed to significantly increase service life in rotary screw compressors. It is available in five ISO viscosity grades: 32,46, 68,100 and 150 to cover most applications in compressors.
COMPRO XL-S is suitable for use in compressors that produce air and inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, neon, helium, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, and blast furnace product gases. COMPRO XL-S is suitable for use in all types of compressors.
