Applications for industrial lubricants

Lubricants for assembly and break-in

Assembly and run-in are two crucial stages in the production of machines and mechanical equipment. Breaking-in involves bringing the different parts of the machine together to form a functional unit, while break-in occurs during the first period of use for the mechanical components to adapt to the movement.

Introduction

During assembly, some parts may have interference and must be pressed. Assembly and run-in lubricants make it easier to insert parts and avoid damage during assembly.

Friction and heat

  • During the break-in period, assembly and break-in lubricants help protect moving parts and reduce friction and heat.

Prolongs the life of mechanical parts

  • In general, the use of quality assembly and break-in lubricants is essential to ensure effective operation and prolong the service life of mechanical parts. That’s why Mascherpa’s experts are ready to recommend the product that’s best for you
