VALVE LUBRICANTS
Molykote 111 Compound
Silicone-based compound with great lubricating and sealing power, which ensures sealing under unfavorable conditions: environment, temperature and pressure.
It does not harden and is incredibly resistant to washout.
It is an excellent product for all types of joints and gaskets that are plastic or elastomeric in nature.
Suitable for vacuum conditions
Molykote G-5511.
A silicone and PTFE-based compound with very similar characteristics to Molykote 111 Compoud, with the special feature that it has recently acquired DVGW Certification to ensure its functionality in direct contact with gas.
Also suitable for joints and valves subject to direct contact with water: certifications WRAS, DVGW, NSF H1
DRY LUBRICANTS OF METAL COMPONENTS
Molykote D-321
It is a dry film lubricating varnish and, as such, is a product that has a cure time (about 15 minutes at room temperature) so that its solvent phase evaporates and the solid lubricant film remains on the substrate. Cure time is a characteristic of dry-film antifriction (AFC) coatings. Its molybdenum disulfide content, MoS2, is about 29 percent of its composition. Completely clean and dry lubrication.
Molykote 3400 A LF
It is a dry lubricant that is applied liquid to components and requires hot curing (30 minutes at 200ºC); cured it provides effective long-lasting lubrication and is highly resistant to direct contact with gases or hydrocarbons of various kinds. Very low coefficient of friction, excellent adhesion and corrosion protection.
LUBRICANTS FOR MARINE ENVIRONMENTS
Many oil and gas facilities are located offshore, in marine environments or in the presence of aggressive environments and atmospheres. This requires specifically formulated products.
Molykote P-40
It is a multipurpose and multifunctional paste that is metal-free and does not pollute water. For virtually all types of marine applications: threaded connections, bolts, spindles, guides (applied in thin layer)
Molykote 3451
Highly chemical-resistant fluorosilicon-based bearing grease suitable for direct contact with gases and hydrocarbons.
Molykote 1292
Long-lasting fluorosilicon-based bearing grease very resistant to brackish water , also suitable for temporary contact with gas and hydrocarbons
Molykote 3451 and Molykote 1292 both have excellent compatibility with virtually all types of materials, including plastics and elastomeric materials. Resist aggressive solvents and chemicals even when exposed to very corrosive atmospheres, with excellent performance up to +230°C
