Formulated to be used as a masking or permanent damming material, Electrolube AFA-G prevents capillary phenomena around certain components-such as connectors-or as masking between coated and uncoated areas of the circuit board.
It can also be used to cover the edges of boards that might otherwise not be well coated and protected by the less viscous conformal coatings.
A key feature of it is the absence of aromatic solvents, making it less harmful to the environment and operators. It has a fast drying time and excellent adhesion to most substrates, providing outstanding protection against moisture and salt spray.
