Applications for industrial lubricants
Vacuum pump oil
Vacuum pump oils resist process flow and protect internal components, maximizing the long-term reliability of vacuum cleaners and vacuum pumps.
Introduction
Vacuum pumps are systems that use negative pressure to move gas streams, thus creating a risk of leakage and degradation of internal components due to the high tendency of the materials themselves to outgassing and contaminants in the process stream.
For this reason, specific vacuum pump oils have been developed, formulated to meet and exceed the performance of the oils used for initial filling by major OEMs. They are also compatible with mineral oils and mineral oil-based lubrication systems.

- Such special fluids are designed to resist process flow and protect internal components in order to maximize the long-term reliability of vacuum pumping systems.
