We are pleased to announce the technical collaboration between Emanuele Mascherpa SpA and UniBo Motorsport, the official racing team of the University of Bologna. A silver partnership that combines engineering expertise, innovation and hands-on training within one of the most advanced contexts of international university motorsport.
UniBo Motorsport is an organization composed of over 350 students engaged in the design and development of Formula SAE and MotoStudent prototypes.
The collaboration with Mascherpa particularly concerns the new electric single-seater Formula SAE, developed by the team for the current season and which will be officially presented during the unveiling on June 23.
Innovation and technical collaboration
The partnership stems from a shared commitment to develop advanced technological solutions for electric mobility, creating a direct exchange between Mascherpa’s industrial know-how and the daily work of students involved in the project.
The UniBo Motorsport team engages daily in design, development and production activities related to the construction of the single-seater, with particular attention to composite components, aerodynamic appendages and applications dedicated to the electric powertrain.
Mascherpa supports the team with materials , and technical support dedicated to the various development phases of the vehicle, contributing to processes on composite materials, to structural assembly and to applications related to thermal management and electronic protection.
