Merbenit IA45 is an MSP adhesive for very thin curb applications with very fast initial strength. Free of isocyanates, solvents and silicones, it is odorless and flexible and provides tenacious adhesion to a wide range of substrates.
Merbenit IA45 is suitable for installation of sound-absorbing elements, large-area joints, bonding of honeycomb and sandwich panels. It is also particularly used for bonding or sealing metal and plastic components of machinery, air conditioning and ventilation systems, car bodies, commercial vehicles, trains and boats.
Due to its fast curing, it can be included in continuous series productions.
Neutral curing allows it to be applied without heat or chemical pretreatment.
