Hydrogen composites

Learn about the development of pressure tanks
made of composite material
made to ensure safety.

Hydrogen tanks

In the hydrogen industry, pressure vessels must meet strict safety standards. Using high-quality composite materials can improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.

Composite materials
for high performance

Composites such as carbon fiber and thermosetting resins
offer excellent mechanical properties,
providing the necessary strength
to handle the high operating pressures of tanks.

Optimization of
production process

The Wet Filament Winding
method enables the production of strong, high-performance tanks,
but requires innovative solutions to eliminate air bubbles
and improve surface quality.

Risk reduction
and optimization

With advanced resin systems, Mascherpa ensures pressure vessels can withstand extreme conditions and intensive operating cycles, reducing the risk of failure.
