SAERTEX®: a global reference in composite materials
Founded in 1982 in Saerbeck, Germany, SAERTEX® is today a global reference in the production of multiaxial fabrics (Non-Crimp Fabrics) and core materials for composite materials.
SAERTEX® solutions are used in numerous industrial sectors and support customers in the transition from traditional materials to composite materials, accompanying the various project phases: from design to process development, up to production.

Through the partnership with SAERTEX®, Mascherpa provides a complete range of solutions for composite material production, designed to improve efficiency, quality and sustainability of processes.
Multiaxial and unidirectional fabrics
SAERTEX® multiaxial fabrics (NCF) are made from glass fiber, carbon, aramid, basalt and natural fibers such as flax.
Thanks to various combinations these products allow to achieve targeted mechanical characteristics and are compatible with processes such as vacuum infusion, RTM, prepreg and compression molding.
Alongside multiaxials, SAERTEX® also offers Easy Drape UD unidirectional fabrics, designed for easier laying and faster processing, with a crimp-free structure that helps improve the mechanical properties of the laminate.
SAERflow®
SAERflow® is a biaxial glass fiber fabric with an integrated synthetic structure that makes it incompressible during the vacuum phase.
Used as internal flow media, it allows high resin diffusion during infusion and can replace traditional drainage nets, reducing the use of consumable materials and environmental impact.
SAERfix®, SAERcore® and SAERfoam®
- SAERfix® is an adhesive that allows SAERTEX® fabrics to become self-adhesive and facilitates their deposition on the mold.
- SAERcore® and SAERcore MAX® are patented SAERTEX® products for infusion, RTM and RTM light processes, based on a sandwich complex with integrated resin flow zone.
- SAERfoam® is a core material with three-dimensional structure, characterized by a PU/PE/PIR core combined with 3D glass fiber reinforcements.
