Adesivi e sigillanti MS Körapop™

I sigillanti e adesivi Körapop™ di H.B. Fuller rappresentano una gamma di adesivi MS ad alte prestazioni, pensata per il bonding tecnico industriale. Disponibili in versioni mono‑componente (1K) e bi‑componente (2K), uniscono elasticità, resistenza UV e climatica, e compatibilità con materiali come metalli, vetro, legno e plastiche – il tutto senza necessità di primer.

Körapop™ eccelle in applicazioni per HVAC, automotive, caravan, e macchinari industriali. Per esempio, la versione 225-2K, composta da base silano-reattiva, garantisce estrema flessibilità e resistenza all’umidità, persino in unione con booster per tempi di pot-life adattabili.

In alternativa, le soluzioni mono‑componente come Körapop 250, 240, 330 e Transparent offrono elevata adesione, alta elasticità, colori vari e rapida formazione della pelle, ideali per incollaggi, sigillature e applicazioni estetiche dove la trasparenza o la finitura pulita sono fondamentali.

Sigillatura/incollaggio in HVAC, veicoli ricreazionali e caravan (225‑2K)

Ogni formulazione Körapop™ è studiata per trasformare l’incollaggio in un processo tecnico ad alte performance.

Vantaggi tecnici:

Elasticità elevata (fino al 500 % di allungamento) e resistenza a –60 °C/+90 °C (+120 °C)
Resistenza a umidità, UV, invecchiamento e agenti atmosferici
Applicazioni senza primer e non colanti (non‑sag)
Versioni trasparenti o colorate per finiture estetiche
Tempo di formazione pelle rapida e pot-life variabile tramite booster (es. 225-2K).
